Orders placed before 4pm ship the same working day. Inside Dhaka that means next-day delivery in most cases; outside Dhaka, two to four days depending on the district.

Returns are open for seven days from delivery, for anything unused and in its original packaging. Message us and we arrange collection from your address — there is no restocking fee and no need to explain yourself.
